IP 2008: ‘GENERAL PROBLEMS OF TRANSNATIONAL LAW AND ITS IMPLICATIONS FOR THE COMPANIES IN INTERNATIONAL TRADE’

Second Edition

This Intensive Programme has the following title “Recent Developments and Challenges of Transnational Law” and has been designed as a three years edition Programme (2007-2009).

On September 2008, will take place the second edition. The academic staff of this Programme is integrated by Professors and Lecturers of 18 leading European universities as well as prestigious legal professionals and members of local, national and international institutions. +info

IP 2007: ‘GENERAL PROBLEMS OF TRANSNATIONAL LAW AND ITS IMPLICATIONS FOR THE COMPANIES IN INTERNATIONAL TRADE’

First Edition

17-26 September 2007, University of Deusto, Bilbao, Spain (Language: English)

This Intensive Programme has the following title “Recent Developments and Challenges of Transnational Law” and is planned to have three consecutive editions (2007-2009).

For the first one, the Academic Direction has developed a course dealing with the General  Problems of Transnational Law and its Implications for the Companies in International Trade.

The teaching methodology will combine lectures and discussions in the morning, with group dynamics of workshops (undergraduate-) and the preparation of a Moot Court (postgraduate students) in the afternoon.

The academic staff of this Programme is integrated by Professors and Lecturers of 14 leading European universities as well as prestigious legal professionals and members of local, national and international institutions. (Promotional poster  & General Program )
