Deusto partners on ADR

Description

The School of Law and the European Master in Transnational Trade Law and Finance (EMTTLF) organize courses and training on ADR (Negotiation, Mediation and Arbitration) for postgraduate students.

This year 2009 we are proud to offer an Intensive Programme on ADR conducted by the most pretigious northamerican experts coming from the leading US Universities. For further information (fees, application...) download the Brochure below.

Language of instruction: English

Dates: 30 november 22 december 2009 (except weekends and public holidays)

All the participants will receive a certificate of attendance. Besides, 6 ECTS will be recognized to all successful students (the assesment will take place on December 19).

Being and intensive programme, courses and training will take place during the morning and the afternoon. The exact schedule will be promplty posted in this website.

 III SEMINAR ON ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

6-18 March 2008, University of Deusto, Bilbao, Spain (Language: English)

Trans-Law and the Faculty of Law, jointly with its European and North American ADR-partners, has organized the Third Edition of the “Seminar on Alternative Dispute Resolution” for undergrad- students. This seminar intends to present the main Alternative Dispute Resolution System. The teaching methods will imply active participation of the students and will use video, internet, roll playing and other teaching skills. During the course there will be a Transatlantic on line dispute resolution. Teams of our University will try to solve an international commercial conflict discussing by mail with north American, Italian and French teams.
