Trans-Law is an academic
and research group integrated by academics and scholars of the
University of Deusto and other European and American Universities, as well
as other legal professionals. Their members teach at graduate and postgraduates programs, giving to their lessons a special
of research, teaching and legal advising are Private International Law,
Transnational Trade, European Law , Comparative and Constitutional Law.
and Spring Semesters, Trans-Law organises series of conferences and
other academic activities for under- and postgraduates attending the
Faculty of Law. They will be punctually announced in this web page. Check
September 2008, Trans-Law in cooperation with the School of Law implemented
an European Intensive Program (IP 2008) dealing with Transnational
Trade Law. Another project is the new European Master’s in Transnational
Trade Law and Finance (EMTTLF), a two years Erasmus Mundus Master
Program which is currently offered by the University of Deusto and three
other European leading Universities: Tilburg University (Tilburg,
Netherlands), Institute of Law and Finance (Frankfurt, Germany) and Robert
Schuman University (Strasbourg, France). Further information and on-line
